Special Date Custom

Please add your date in the 'special instructions for seller' box during checkout, along with any other customizations you’d like to add to the sleeve area. 

This design will be 4x4 and located in the left pocket area.

Please note: sleeve stitching shown in the photos is not added unless customer makes these specifications. This add on must be typography only.
