What is the best way to contact you?
Reach out through email or DM on Instagram. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Response time is subject to change if the surrounding circumstances dictate so.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of taking your design/logo and turning it into the file that drives the embroidery machine. Digitizing is a 1 time fee. So if you order more than 1 item with the same design, you will not be charged for the digitizing cost again.
How long until I receive my order?
To give you a better understanding of the time frame- all products are made to order. Meaning, Rosevaeh Threads does not carry already made stock for immediate shipping. Due to an unprecedented high volume of orders along with going in chronological order, the current processing time is 1-6/7 weeks. This time frame is subject to change if the surrounding circumstances dictate so.
Can I cancel my order?
All orders are considered "firm" when placed. No cancellations on finished merchandise is accepted. No cancellations on orders inside the processing time frame are accepted. Cancellations made prior to production are permitted.
What are the design dimensions?
Design sizing ranges from 4x4-5x12. You can always request your design size. If not request is made, the embroiderer will choose what fits best on your chosen sweater size, which is normally a 5x7. All designs shown on website are 5x7.
Material & product
All sweaters are unisex sized, 50 polyester/50 cotton preshrunk material. To give you a size idea- I am 160 lb & 5'3. I wear a medium. I will wear a large if I want something more oversized.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can only make changes to your order 24 hours after purchasing. Any attempt to make changes after this time frame will not be accepted. This is to avoid confusion and miscommunication.
Do you accept payment elsewhere?
Yes! If you reach out via email or DM on Instagram, I can accept Cash App, Venmo, & Zelle. You will still receive an email confirmation & your shipping information.
